Unable to use some templates showing as a missing file

Good afternoon, some of the templates I downloaded are missing a file or files, it shows on the project as a patron with colors and when I upload the image, the patron colors remains and the image does not looks through. I have downloaded a bunch of templates and maybe one or two I haven’t had that problem. Does anyone can explain me if I’m doing something wrong or where to find the missing file? Thank you
