The password I got from Telegram does NOT work, so cannot even open the file?

Password works perfectly, be careful to copy it without right-left spaces

I have been copy and pasting it making sure not to add any spaces at either end, and have tried yet again and numerous times. It does NOT go past “Please enter the password for “VIDeohiVe-9276104tHe-mOst-HAndY-pResets-for-AnimMAtioN-coMposeR-HuNTERaeCOM.zip”.
I paste in the password and click OK, but it stays on this asking for the password. I do not even get an incorrect password message. When I click “OK”, the small window stating as above for one second and then reappears and cannot get past this so it does not unzip the file.
I am having this same exact issue with ALL the zip files that require a password.
Can you please tell me how I can access the files that require a password as am not able to?
